I just epoxied the board to the neck . Using System 3 General Purpose and fretboard caul. Temp in shop averaging 75. What's a good clamp time before I release them? Thanks- Rusty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 |

Thanks Fillippo, That's what I was thinking but wanted another opinion since the containers only listed gell & tack times but no cure times. |

Anything stressed, be it epoxy or hide glue, waits for 24 hours. If ---you--- can't wait that long, then ---you--- need a different hobby.... |

With epoxy, I always just wait until the excess that I mixed is good and hard. |

I use System 3 T88 and wait until the left over epoxy in the mixing dish is hard, usually overnight. As with Philippo you can't rush clamp time, better too long than short. Fred |

Thanks all, Naw, no serious stressing here, just a Ukulele with a CF stiffener. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 |
